Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 13th, 2026

Welcome to Turd Hurder Pet Waste Removal. By booking, scheduling, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Services Provided

Turd Hurder Pet Waste Removal provides residential dog waste removal services, including weekly cleanups, one-time cleanups, and bulk cleanups, depending on availability and service area.

Our service includes removing visible dog waste from the agreed-upon service area. Waste is removed from the property unless otherwise discussed. We also sanitize our equipment between yards to help keep each visit clean and safe.

Service Area

Turd Hurder currently serves select areas in Northeast Philadelphia and surrounding neighborhoods. Service availability depends on location, scheduling, and route availability.

We reserve the right to decline service outside of our current service area.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for making sure the service area is accessible, safe, and reasonably maintained.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Keeping gates unlocked on scheduled service days

  • Providing gate codes or access instructions when needed

  • Keeping dogs secured indoors or away from the service area unless otherwise agreed

  • Keeping the lawn and service area reasonably maintained

  • Removing excessive debris, trash, hazards, or obstacles when possible

  • Informing Turd Hurder of any aggressive dogs, broken gates, unsafe areas, holes, or other property concerns

If grass, weeds, leaves, debris, snow, yard items, or other conditions prevent us from seeing or safely reaching all waste, Turd Hurder is not responsible for missed waste in those areas.

Access to Property

Customers must provide safe and reliable access to the service area on scheduled service days.

If we are unable to access the yard due to a locked gate, blocked entrance, loose dog, unsafe condition, missing access instructions, or any other access issue, the visit may still be charged as scheduled.

Repeated access issues may result in service being paused or discontinued.

Dogs and Safety

For the safety of our team, dogs must be secured indoors or kept away from the service area during cleanup unless prior arrangements have been made.

Turd Hurder reserves the right to skip, stop, or reschedule service if a dog appears aggressive, loose, unsafe, or if we feel that entering the property could put our team at risk.

Customers are responsible for notifying Turd Hurder of any dogs with a history of aggression, biting, guarding behavior, or escape attempts.

Service Limitations

While we make every effort to provide a thorough cleanup, Turd Hurder cannot guarantee removal of waste that is hidden, buried, frozen, covered by leaves, located in overgrown grass, mixed into landscaping, under yard items, or otherwise not visible or safely reachable.

Yard Maintenance

Customers are responsible for regular lawn care and general yard upkeep.

If a lawn is overgrown or the yard is not reasonably maintained, it may be difficult or impossible to locate all waste. In these situations, Turd Hurder is not liable for any waste that is missed due to grass height, weeds, leaves, debris, or other yard conditions.

If a yard requires extra time due to excessive growth, debris, or buildup, additional fees may apply.

Initial Cleanups and Excess Waste

Initial cleanups, one-time cleanups, bulk cleanups, or cleanups after missed weeks may require an additional fee.

Pricing may vary depending on:

  • Yard size

  • Number of dogs

  • Amount of waste

  • Time since the last cleanup

  • Condition of the yard

  • Difficulty of access

Weather Policy

Services may be delayed, rescheduled, or skipped due to unsafe weather or yard conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Heavy rain

  • Thunderstorms or lightning

  • Snow or ice

  • Extreme heat

  • Flooding

  • High winds

  • Unsafe ground conditions

If service is delayed or skipped due to weather, Turd Hurder will make reasonable efforts to reschedule as soon as possible when conditions allow.

Weather-related missed visits may still be charged. This is because waste continues to accumulate during missed weeks, and the next completed visit may require additional time and cleanup to remove the extra waste.

If weather or yard conditions make it impossible to safely complete service for an extended period of time, Turd Hurder may adjust the schedule as needed.

Billing and Payment

Payment is due according to the service plan selected or as otherwise agreed.

Failure to pay may result in paused or canceled service. Turd Hurder reserves the right to charge for completed visits, missed visits due to customer access issues, initial cleanups, bulk cleanups, or additional services agreed upon by the customer.

Prices may vary based on yard size, number of dogs, waste amount, service frequency, and location. Turd Hurder reserves the right to update pricing with notice.

Cancellations and Pausing Service

Customers may cancel or pause recurring service by providing notice before their next scheduled visit.

If notice is given after a visit has already been scheduled, attempted, or completed, charges may still apply.

Turd Hurder reserves the right to pause or discontinue service due to repeated access issues, unsafe conditions, nonpayment, aggressive dogs, harassment, or any situation that prevents us from safely and reasonably completing service.

Property Damage

Turd Hurder is not responsible for pre-existing property damage, unsecured gates, broken locks, damaged fences, hidden hazards, underground items, lawn damage, or damage caused by pets before, during, or after service.

Customers are responsible for maintaining gates, fences, locks, latches, and access points in safe working condition.

If we notice an issue, we may notify the customer, but we are not responsible for inspecting or maintaining the property.

Right to Refuse Service

Turd Hurder reserves the right to refuse, pause, reschedule, or discontinue service at any time due to unsafe conditions, aggressive animals, repeated access problems, nonpayment, inappropriate behavior, harassment, or any other situation that makes service unsafe or unreasonable.

Changes to These Terms

Turd Hurder may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates are made means you agree to the current Terms of Service.
